Spark 304 Stainless Steel OS&Y Globe Valve Launches | A New Option for Precise Flow Control in Corrosion-Resistant Working Conditions

Fluid control equipment brand Spark recently released the DN65 304 stainless steel OS&Y globe valve, featuring "corrosion resistance + visible status" as core highlights, filling the adaptation gap for high-precision fluid control in industries such as chemical and food.

This globe valve is integrally cast with 304 stainless steel, adapting to corrosive media such as weak acids and weak bases, solving the pain point that traditional carbon steel valves are easily damaged in corrosive working conditions; the OS&Y design allows the valve stem to lift synchronously with the handwheel opening/closing, enabling intuitive judgment of the valve opening and avoiding misoperation in flow regulation. Its valve disc linear lifting structure achieves a flow regulation precision of within ±5%, which can meet the high-precision flow control needs of chemical proportioning, food and pharmaceutical scenarios; the flanged connection is compatible with multiple international standards, with convenient installation and adaptation to existing mainstream pipeline layouts.

The product has passed the food-grade contact material certification (complying with GB 4806.9 standard) and meets the corrosion resistance specifications of chemical equipment. Currently, it is officially available on Spark’s self-built website, supporting customization of multiple specifications (DN50-DN150), providing a reliable and precise solution for fluid control in corrosion-resistant working conditions.
